Hollywood filmmaker and actor Rob Reiner and his wife Michele Singer Reiner were found dead at their Los Angeles home on Sunday, December 14, 2025. Police are treating the case as an apparent homicide after officers discovered fatal stab wounds.

Authorities reached the couple’s Brentwood residence following concerns about their wellbeing. The Los Angeles Police Department later confirmed that the Robbery-Homicide Division is leading the investigation, with forensic and medical examinations currently underway.
