Sony Pictures India has officially revealed their movie lineup for 2026. The list includes a mix of massive superhero sequels, reboots of classic horror franchises, and some interesting original stories.

The year kicks off in February with GOAT, an animated sports drama about a young athlete’s journey to greatness. In March, Ryan Gosling stars in Project Hail Mary, where an astronaut must save humanity with help from an unlikely alien buddy. May brings a quirky mystery with The Sheep Detectives, followed by the live action return of He-Man in Masters of the Universe this June.
July is a huge month with three major releases. It starts with the survival thriller Shiver, followed by the intense horror reboot Evil Dead Burn. The month ends with Spider-Man: Brand New Day, featuring Tom Holland’s Peter Parker living in a world that has forgotten him.
The horror continues in August with a new Insidious chapter, and September brings a more grounded Resident Evil reboot. In October, Aaron Sorkin’s The Social Reckoning explores the dark side of social media. November features the action drama Archangel, starring Jim Caviezel.
Finally, the year closes in December with the highly anticipated Jumanji 3, reuniting the original crew for a new level of the dangerous game.
With such a diverse line up, 2026 is shaping up to be a record breaking year for Sony at the box office.
