1.1 Crore house sold on Web!

E-commerce Major Snapdeal and Tata housing joined hands few months ago to sell the later’s housing projects online. Snapdeal announced the first largest transaction of selling a 1.1 Crore worth house which happened hours after commencing the sale of the latter’s premium and luxury apartments.

It is said that Snapdeal received over 1800 enquiries for the house before selling it. The site very soon is also planning to add more options like site visit facility and documentation service which will push the online sales further.

Snapdeal first launched the real estate category in August 2014 and sold hundreds of units. The e-commerce major has a portfolio of residential projects from developers across India, including Tata Value Homes, Tata Housing, DLF, Sobha Developers, Godrej Properties, Mantri Developers and Purvankara.
