Acharya’s OTT Release Date Made Official

Megastar Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan‘s Acharya has turned out to be a box office disaster. The film is now going for early OTT premieres on Amazon Prime Video and an official announcement on the same is out now.

Amazon Prime Video has confirmed that Acharya will be made available for streaming on the platform from the 20th of this month.

Acharya is arriving on OTT just 3 weeks post its theatrical debut. And that is understandable, given the fact that the film’s theatrical run has come to an end. The early OTT release clause could at least result in additional revenues to the producers.

Acharya released in theatres on the 29th of April and exactly 3 weeks later, the film is heading for OTT premieres on Amazon Prime Video.

The film has Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan in the lead roles and it is directed by Koratala Siva. The film was a box office dud. Can it fare any better on OTT?
