H.Barai, a government official ordered a Microsoft Lumia 640 mobile from Amazon India and is eagerly waiting for his phone to be delivered. However the rudest shock of his life came when he found neatly packed stones in the phone box.

Barai did not open the packet before the delivery box as he wants his daughter to open it. He immediately took it to the notice of Amazon. They have replied to him to patiently wait and cooperate as they investigate in to the issue.
Barai is also contemplating to approach Police and consumer forum against Amazon. Off late there are several issues with many online websites delivering wrong products and troubling the customers. The hard earned reputation is easily going down the drain with such negligent acts.
