Largo Winch Director Responds After Watching Agnyaathavaasi

Agynaathavaasi‘ was indeed heavily inspired by the French film except for some changes and additions in the form of cliched comic tracks that hadn’t added any value to the movie. Few of the scenes in the movie are directly taken from ‘Largo Winch’ like the climax penthouse scene.

It’s greatly puzzling to see that a director like Trivikram has to do this. French director Jerome Salle tweeted that the plot was too similar otherwise he would have loved the movie. Only that ‘Agyaathavaasi’ has comic tracks and ‘Largo Winch’ was a way too serious.
