Akash Puri Acknowledged Father’s Bad Phase

Akash Puri is coming with ‘Mehbooba’ in his father’s directorial and recently he said in a press meet, “My dad is not launching me rather I’m launching him.” What does this mean? Puri clarifies this statement and said, “This is my dad’s come back film.”

Once again Akash explained that it’s his father’s come back movie because audiences will see a new Puri Jagannadh with this movie. In a way, the young actor has agreed that his father is presently undergoing a bad phase in his career and his movie ‘Mehbooba‘ would bring back the fame to his father.

Except ‘Temper’, nothing worked for Puri in the recent past with back-to-back disasters to his credit despite having star heroes like Balakrishna and Varun Tej in his recent films. As he said, maybe, he has reserved the best for his son and hopefully, he delivers something really different with this love story.
