Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s upcoming gangster thriller film ‘Animal’ recently released its new track, ‘Satranga Re.’ This song is an ode to heartfelt yet tragic romance, delving into the darker aspects of love.
Vanga’s distinct mark is evident as he explores themes like post-marital problems, heartbreak, helplessness, the inability to express oneself, and more in his own style. While the song piques curiosity about the film, it may not be described as catchy enough to significantly boost the film’s hype.

The first song, ‘Hua Main,’ was also a bold take on love, defying conventions and family restrictions. It generated some buzz on social media for a few days, but then the song died down as it wasn’t a chartbuster kind of song.
The songs in ‘Animal’ seem to complement the film’s narrative, likely to be more enjoyable within the context of the movie. However, when listened to independently, these songs have failed to create much anticipation for the film.

All eyes are now on the trailer, scheduled for release in the second or third week of November. Currently, the film is trending towards having an opening day collection of Rs. 25 crores net in India. If the songs had been chartbusters, the film might have easily surpassed an opening day collection of 30-35 crores before the content’s impact took over.
‘Animal’ features a stellar cast, including Ranbir Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor, and Bobby Deol, and is set to release on December 1st.
