Anirudh’s First Flop Since Vikram!

Anirudh Ravichander

The official title track of the film ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’, starring Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff, was released on 19 February.

Despite being sung by Anirudh Ravichander and Vishal Mishra, the new track has faced criticism for not living up to the charm and energy of the original song featuring Amitabh Bachchan and Govinda.

Fans expressed disappointment on social media platforms, with some calling it the ‘worst remake ever’ and ‘an insult to the legends’.

The track, heavily reliant on Auto-tune, has failed to make an impact with Anirudh’s vocals, marking a rare disappointment from the singer after a string of successful releases.

This is the first flop from Anirudh since Vikram in 2022. After scoring big with Vikram, Thiruchitrambalam, Jailer, Jawan, and Leo as singer and composer, this is the first disappointment from Anirudh.

However, Anirudh is only the singer for this song and not the music composer.
