Tollywood appears to be rattling with another major drug bust as a producer named KP Chowdary has been nabbed by the Telangana police and he is getting interrogated now.
In the investigation, it is identified that Chowdary had multiple WhatsApp chats and telephonic conversations with many Tollywood personalities and kids of politicians.
It is also established that he has contacts with international drug peddlers from Nigeria.
The investigation is now aimed at determining if Chowdary acted as a drug supplier to Tollywood celebs. It is identified that he had hundreds of texts and calls with a young Telugu actress who shot to fame through Instagram.
The police are decoding the phone calls and text messages that Chowdary had with many people from the film industry.
Chowdary had previously bankrolled Rajinikanth’s Kabali and he is believed to be a drug trafficker associated with a Tollywood film celebrities.
