Baahubali 2 First Target in Bollywood

‘Baahubali 2’ ceased to be a regional film and the trade is going berserk comparing it to the top grosser in Bollywood aka Aamir Khan’s ‘Dangal’ and Salman Khan’s ‘Sultan’. Bollywood trade pundits are really expecting big for ‘Baahubali 2’ and they are expecting it to beat Aamir Khan’s ‘Dangal’ records for the first day collections and first Sunday collections.

‘Dangal‘ has collected more than Rs. 29 crores on an opening day. Of course, Baahubali is expected to beat this record and open up as the second biggest opening gross. The top opening record stands in Salman’s name. The second target for Rajamouli’s epic sequel is the first Sunday collections.

‘Dangal’ collected more than Rs. 42 crores on first Sunday including Tamil and Telugu versions. For ‘Baahubali 2’, Telugu and Tamil markets are far bigger and the collections from these two markets and the other South Indian States are going to add up, hugely. This added benefit might make ‘Baahubali 2’ stand up tall on its first Sunday.
