Baahubali To Set Trend In Bollywood?

Re-releases are a common phenomenon across the globe. Fans of the particular movie celebrate the re-releases like the original release. Would you believe it the culture is still prevalent in Hollywood? Very recently Basha was re-released in Tamil. A similar trend can be seen in Telugu and not so much time but long ago in Hindi cinema as well.

Till late 90’s Bollywood used to follow the trend of re-releases. Many films starring Govinda, Sunny Deol, etc. were successful this way. The last such known big release was Sholay which had a 3D conversion. But the idea was dead anyway.

Now, after many years a contemporary movie is going to bring back this tradition. And the film to start this tradition is none other than our Baahubali. The dubbed version of the movie will be released in over 900 prints tomorrow. Success here would prompt other stars to have similar outings. But before all that happens let us wait and see how the response is for Baahubali.
