Baddies are testing new waters in Tollywood!

Barring a few actors, the main male leads of our films are from Telugu speaking States. But when it comes to villains and heroines, the trend to import them from other film industries is an old but consistent one. Presently, a league of baddies from Kollywood are being imported to work in Telugu movies.

From Sampath Raj, who started shining since ‘Mirchi’ release to Arun Vijay in villains from Tamil industry are trying their luck in Telugu cinemas. Most of them are successful and getting meaty roles playing strong antagonists. And they have even turned a replacement for baddies from Bollywood, who had problems to look South Indian and speak Telugu.

Bobby Simhaa and Aravind Swamy are also going to appear playing villains in upcoming Telugu movies and of course Sampath Raj proved that he came here to stay and make a long term career here in Tollywood.
