Director Misused Ramya Krishna, Totally

‘Balakrishnudu‘ starring Nara Rohit, Ramya Krishna and Regina Cassandra in the lead opened to mixed talk, yesterday. Audiences expected that they would get to see Ramya Krishna in yet another intriguing role. The reason behind this expectation was director Pavan Mallela’s revelation on how difficult it had been to convince Ramya Krishna to play the role.

However, it looked like the director misused Ramya Krishna, totally. The screen Shivagami had no such role in the movie. Just in sounding, the role was powerful but not in real. It’s comedian Prudhvi, thirty years in the industry who was actually highlighted and the one who stands out among the lot. Therefore, he turned out to be the lone saviour of ‘Balakrishnudu’.

The first time director had totally missed the golden opportunity to create an author-backed role for Ramya Krishna. If done so, the movie would have been completely different. Moving on, Ramya Krishna will be next seen in Naga Chaitanya’s upcoming movie ‘Sailaja Reddy Alludu’ to be helmed by director Maruthi. We expect an interesting role for Ramya from a proven director like Maruthi, don’t we?
