Bellamkonda in the Biopic?

Looks like, biopics are a hot thing in the industry and filmmakers are after potential real-life stories that have the material to be made into a biopic. It’s a known thing that director Vamsi Krishna of ‘Kittu Unnadu Jagratha’ fame wants to make a biopic on the Stuvartupuram thief, Tiger Nageshwar Rao.

Among the list of actors he has considered for playing the lead role joins Bellamkonda Srinivas. Nothing is finalized or official yet. Though not official, according to various reports, Bellamkonda liked the script and found Tiger Nageswar Rao’s story exciting enough with the Robin Hood kind of feel to the story portraying him as the man of the masses, robbing and helping the poor. Desi Robin Hood, aah!

Earlier, Rana Daggubati is said to be considered for reprising the role but now, it is Bellamkonda’s that came out. Stuvartpuram was once notorious for sheltering thieves. There was a film, ‘Stuvartpuram Dongalu’ starring Bhanuchander in the lead and ‘Stuvartpuram Police Station’ featuring megastar Chiranjeevi in the lead. So, Stuvartpuram is a known thing to our audiences, anyway.
