Bheeshma Director Avoids Controversy

Ahead of a movie’s release, it would be like publicity to engage in some controversy. Nevertheless, ‘Bheeshma’ director Venky Kudumula tried to avoid any controversy by not trying to respond to the allegations made by Naga Shaurya, recently.

When asked why he didn’t credit Naga Shaurya for ‘Chalo’ story, Venky Kudumula simply said that he wasn’t the kind of person who wouldn’t give credit to a person who has contributed something to his film. “But basically, I don’t want to react, ” said the director.

During ‘Ashwathama’ promotions, Naga Shaurya claimed that he was not only the writer of ‘Ashwatha’ story but also one of the writers of his super hit film ‘Chalo’ with director Venky Kudumula, but he didn’t ask for the credit.

It’s a smart thing not to indulge oneself in unnecessary controversy. Venky Kudumula just did that. ‘Bheeshma’ has garnered decent buzz around it and is all set to come to theatres this Friday with Nithin and Rashmika playing the main leads. Let the content alone speak.
