Bholaa Mess Part 2: Chiru’s Exit Shocked Sunkara!

Chiranjeevi’s Bholaa Shankar started sinking on its Second Day itself. It is going to be a bigger disaster than Acharya. The other day, M9.News published a story of how Chiranjeevi insisted the producer to clear his entire remuneration before remuneration.

The story has gone viral on social media and the industry. Some people, however, were harsh on Anil Sunkara saying that he deserves this as he set a horrible combination that has failure written all over it.

But then, there is another sad story behind it.

When it was decided to make Vedhalam remake with Meher Ramesh and Chiranjeevi, the Megastar offered to be a sleeping partner in the project for a part of his remuneration. He also brought in Senior Producer KS Ramarao as a small partner since he had an old commitment.

With Chiranjeevi and KS Ramarao as partners, the risk is less on Anil with the non-theatrical rights and theatrical biz. So he went ahead with the project.

But then, midway of the project, Chiranjeevi changed his mind and dropped from the production. He asked for a remuneration of 65 Crore. Anil was shocked but remained silent for obvious reasons.

And then, KS Ramarao had to be removed because he is undergoing financial stress and his burden will fall on the project.

As a result, Anil Sunkara became all alone in the film carrying the entire burden.

And then, legal issues of Agent, Business not happening, and even Satellite rights not getting sold have made Anil Sunkara’s life a mess. Chiranjeevi added to his woes by asking to clear the entire remuneration before the release.

Sunkara cleared 60 Crore and there is a Post-dated cheque of 5 Crore even today with Chiranjeevi. We will have to see what happens to that now?
