Bigg Boss Telugu 7 took a new turn on Sunday, with host King Nagarjuna announcing a fresh start, calling it “Bigg Boss S7 2.0.” After five weeks, five new contestants entered the house as wild card entries: Bhole Shawali, Ashwini, Ambati Arjun, Nayani Pavani, and Pooja Murthy.
Bigg Boss referred to the new arrivals as “Potugallu,” indicating their fresh presence in the game. He referred to the existing housemates as “Aatagallu.” However, the transition from the old to the new contestants didn’t go entirely smoothly, and on Monday’s episode, the real game began as the new contestants had to nominate the old ones.
During this nomination process, the newcomers faced challenges when nominating the existing contestants, as it felt odd to label their fellow housemates as undeserving. The boring aspect is that the new contestants have come up with the same old reasons.
Later, other existing housemates were also allowed to nominate. Surprisingly, Gautham Krishna was returned to the house at the end of the nominations. When given a special power to him, Gautham saved Sandeep from the nominations.
The fate of these nominated housemates will be determined in the coming episodes.
Amardeep Chaudhary, Tasty Teja, Prince Yavar, newcomers Ashwini, Nayani Pavani, and Pooja Murthy are in the nominations.
