Bumper Sunday For Dhruva

Ram Charan’s Dhruva which is continuing its good show at the box office had a bumper Sunday at the box office. After the first extended weekend, it was the second Sunday which saw the biggest rush at the cinemas.

Dhruva collected a tad over 2 Cr on Sunday taking its total to around 48 Cr for ten days. The film is all set to cross the 50 Cr mark in few days. It will be the first Ram Charan movie to do so after Magadheera which incidentally was the first Telugu movie to achieve that.

Even in overseas Dhruva is having a steady run. The weekend number was good and with Christmas vacations coming up, the thriller is expected to have few more days of decent run. All said and done, and looking at the current run, the trade feels Dhruva could have done way more had it not been for the demonetization issue.
