Buyers in no mood to buy property in Hyd

Hyderabad Real Estate is still struggling to recover even after the solving of the political turmoil of state division. According to the latest edition of the Housing Sentiment Index Report (HSI) (Jan-Mar 2015) by IIM-B and Magicbricks, buyer sentiment dropped drastically by 25% in Hyderabad after the recent elections.

An HSI of 100 indicates that buyers do not expect prices in the market to fall or rise. An HSI above 100 indicates that buyers expect property prices to rise while HSI of less than 100 shows that buyers expect property prices to drop.

Hyderabad’s latest HSI stands at 89 indicating that buyers are in no mood to buy property at present as they are expecting prices to come down. This indicates that Ache din are yet to come for the realtors in Hyderabad.
