Legendary actor SV Ranga Rao was popularly called as ‘Vishwa Nata Chakravarthy’. For the present generation who are naive to the actor’s prowess, you can check on Ghatothkacha character he essayed in ‘Maya Bazaar’ movie in which he acted alongside legendary actors NTR & ANR.

He was the king of emotions par excellence. Veteran director Dasari Narayana Rao’s directorial venture ‘Thaathaa Manavadu’ had no big stars in the lead role. But the grandfather Rangaiah’s role portrayed by SV Ranga Rao made it a big film and gave the director his first super hit.

After 150 films, Dasari Narayana Rao is once again coming up with the same ‘Thaathaa Manavadu’ (relation between a grand father & his grandson) concept in his upcoming movie ‘Erra Bus’. The only difference is, now he doesn’t have Ranga Rao to touch audiences heart playing with emotions. The director himself is playing the character of grandfather. This is not Dasari’s first movie. He played this kind of characters in his earlier films too. But will Dasari able to do an SV Ranga Rao?
