Aamir Khan’s son Junaid started his acting career this year. Unfortunately, it did not happen on the big screen and he instead appeared in a Netflix film, Maharaja, where his performance was heavily criticized.
Every actor has seen that phase but it does not mean that his or her career has ended. Junaid has still got an amazing lineup that might help him to get established in the industry.
The first is Loveyapa where he would share the screen with Khushi Kapoor followed by Ek Din with Sai Pallavi. Both of them are scheduled to arrive sometime in 2025.
Junaid also revealed in an interview that he had completed filming for Loveyapa, which is helmed by Advait Chandan. On the other hand, Ek Din has been produced by his father. Both films feature a similar theme of romantic drama.
While the potential of Loveyapa cannot be predicted for now, Ek Din has a possibility of bringing Junaid to the spotlight and the reason is Sai Pallavi, who is slowly becoming a popular face among the North Indian audience.
The actress was last seen in Amaran with Sivakarthikeyan in the lead. While the main focus of the film was towards the latter, Sai Pallavi was also praised for her performance. She will also play Sita in Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana.
Now everything depends on whether Junaid will get a perfect story and screenplay to get recognized among the audience. Everything will be revealed once the films arrive on the big screen.
