Censor Board Rejects RGV’s Propaganda Film

Controversial filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma has turned a full-time agent of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. He is making films that take digs at YCP’s opponents and the intention is to help Jagan at his own capacity.

Now, he is coming up with Vyooham, a propaganda film aimed to defame Chandrababu, Pawan Kalyan and other opponents of Jagan.

However, in a major shocker to RGV, this film has failed to clear the censor formalities as the Hyderabad CBFC has rejected the censor certificate for the film.

Vyooham has now been sent to the revision board for further scrutiny and this would mean that the film getting censor clearance gets that much more leaner now with the rejection from the board.

Incidentally, a complaint letter was filed against Vyooham and CBFC member Jeevitha Rajasekhar, saying she should be exempted from the board for this one film as she is a YCP member and she can’t gauge the political intention behind this propaganda film.

It is also mentioned that Telangana elections are around and politically motivated films like these can’t be released now.

In the end, RGV’s propaganda film, Vyooham has failed the censor hurdle and in that case, the film can’t be released in theaters till the certificate is attained.
