Chiranjeevi is celebrating his 58th birthday today and veteran filmmaker K. Vishwanath says the actor possesses versatility that most went unused in his three decade long career. He adds that Chiranjeevi is one actor to have never said no to any role.
Even as a top hero, he didn’t mind playing negative roles and even roles such as a cobbler, ricks haw puller or even a henchman. Says Vishwanath that its this quality of Chiranjeevi that made him a star and that’s why people still love and admire him even when he has stopped acting.
The director worked with him in two films and adds that he was a delight to work with and never had the head weight of a star hero.
