Chiranjeevi's Younger Look in Kaaka
Megastar Chiranjeevi’s next release is Kaaka, directed by Bobby Kolli. The film marks the Telugu debut of KVN Productions, the banner behind disasters like Toxic, Jana Nayagan, Haiwaan, and KD. Now, a leaked video from the sets is creating a buzz on social media.
The video, reportedly recorded secretly, shows Chiranjeevi in a younger look that the makers have kept under wraps so far. He is seen smoking a cigar, sporting a stylish look, and talking to Muralidhar Goud.
Fans are already celebrating Chiranjeevi’s look, with many feeling that the vintage Chiru from Rowdy Alludu is back with the swag of Shankar Dada.
Auto Johnny getup lo Shankar Dada vacchadu 🔥 is how one fan reaction sums up the excitement. It remains to be seen whether the makers will release an official look poster soon.
For director Bobby Kolli, Kaaka is a crucial film. After the success of Waltair Veerayya, he needs a strong outing to prove that he is more than a one-hit wonder. Daaku Maharaj performed decently in theatres but later gained a following among fans, particularly for its background score.
Bobby has delivered inconsistent films in the past, and Kaaka is an opportunity to prove that he can deliver a complete cinematic experience. A solid success could help him move into the top league of Telugu directors and work with more top-tier stars, and not just senior heroes like Chiranjeevi, Balakrishna, or Ravi Teja.
Kaaka is scheduled to release on January 13, 2027, although a postponement to summer is possible.
