Controversial director Hora Hori only for T-Artists

What happened to the magic spell of film makers like Shekhar Kammula, Teja, Bommarillu Bhaskar and many others who mesmerised the audiences with novelty initially but failed to sustain in their later films? After a while, sometimes ideas become cliched and the film makers seem to have become stagnated. Film maker Teja also equates the same to the technicians.

For his next movie ‘Hora Hori’, he took a bold decision to choose his entire crew from newly formed Telangana Film Employees Federation, i.e., entirely Telangana born talent. He chose new technicians from 24 arts of film making from the newly formed State. Teja is happy for having discovered new talent, also for their discipline and the decreased cost of production.

And of course by this decision, it’s not going to be smooth for the film maker because he has earned the ire of the AP Film Employees Federation. Naturally APFEF is planning disciplinary action on Teja but the controversial director is all happy because he chose his entire crew on the merits of their talent and the overall product he got is satisfactory to self. That’s likely how Teja has been always. What say?
