Court’s Strange Comments On Samantha’s Case

It is known that Samantha had filed a defamation lawsuit against YouTube channels and individuals who spread false rumors on her during the much talked about divorce saga.

Now, the Kukatpally court has made a set of strange comments regarding Samantha’s lawsuit.

Rather than filing a defamation case, you(Samantha) could asked for an apology from the concerned individuals and media outlets, the court commented on Samantha’s case.

“Celebrities share the details about their personal lives in public domain and they then file defamation suits,” the court opined.

Well, the said individuals made some highly derogatory comments on Samantha. They said she aborted pregnancy, had affairs, rejected pregnancy, and even wanted surrogacy.

After facing a whole of untoward hate, Samantha filed the defamation case. Now, the court has asked Samantha to seek apology rather filing defamation case, which many are finding strange.

The court has stated that the final judgment on the case will be passed tomorrow, 22nd October. With the comments the court made today in mind, it remains to be seen what the final verdict on the case will be.
