Kalyan Ram’s Om 3D may have bombed at the box-office despite earning mixed reviews. But the latest news is that veteran filmmaker Dasari Narayana Rao is set to direct a social-drama flick featuring Kalyan Ram in the lead. If everything goes as planned, then the film will likely go on floors early next year.
Dasari was supposed to start working on his film ‘Vaddi Kasula Vada’, but since the film didn’t take off as planned, he decided to move on to the next project. He recently announced that he would direct five films in the few years and he will also play lead in one of them. He also mentioned that he would produce two of the five films.
Kalyan desperately needs a hit, and the question is whether Dasari can give him much needed break?
