Did Amala Go Through Domestic Violence?

Of late, we are hearing a lot about actress Amala Paul and director Vijay. The duo is said to be heading towards splitsville. Most of the media reports say that Vijay’s parents were unhappy with their daughter-in-law.

Though Vijay is silent, his father’s recent comments in an interview reveal the reason behind the divorce. Vijay’s father seems to be displeased that Amala didn’t stop acting after marriage. He alleges that though she promised to stop acting post marriage, that never happened.

True. Amala didn’t stop acting after marriage. She didn’t sign any commercial movie, though. She has been completing only those films which she was committed to, before marriage. A popular tabloid reports that Amala was also mentally harassed by her in-laws about her alleged link-ups. Amala and Vijay are still maintaining silence.
