Doosukeltha girl in Gautham’s next production

Lavanya Tripathi, who made an impressive debut with Vishnu Manchu’s ‘Doosukeltha’, has forayed into Tamil with Tamil film ‘Bramman’, which releases on Friday. The big news is that the chirpy actress has bagged Gautham’s Menon’s next bilingual production with Gautham Karthik of ‘Kadali’ fame.

Quite contrary to the roles she has played so far, Lavanya will be playing a deaf girl and she said she’s really looking forward to play challenging roles as well once in a while for a change. She doesn’t mind glamorous roles but it’s important for her to be meaningful.

For Lavanya, Bramman is an important film because it also features her co-star Naveen Chandra from Andala Rakshasi. She says it’s special to be working with Naveen, and incidentally, both are making their Tamil debut with this film
