Drug Racket- Film Stars Excluded Third Degree

In an extreme relief to the Tollywood celebrities who were sent notices in the huge drug racket case, Excise commissioner, R Chandravadan confirmed that there would be no Third-degree treatment or immediate arrests on the celebrities. He assured the alleged film stars not to worry about the interrogation, which is to start from Wednesday as they would be treated decently.

Chandravadan informed that the celebrities can even get their lawyers with them according to their comfort. Special Investigation Team has already arrested 13 in the case and the interrogation is on. As part of the interrogation of the film stars, Puri Jagannath is the first member called for the investigation on Wednesday.

Likewise, the interrogation of the celebrities has been scheduled till 27th of July with one person to be questioned a day. Owing to the big heads involved in the case, IPS officer Akun Sabharwal canceled his leaves which should have started from Sunday and is personally looking into the interrogation.
