DSP once again for Superstar Mahesh Babu?

Mahesh Babu has so far worked in nineteen films and despite working in that many films only once has Devi Sri Prasad worked as music director for his films. Even the one time that they worked together was courtesy director Sukumar who held his own and didn’t change the music director. This has strengthened the belief in the industry that equations between the two aren’t that great and hence the music director is never in the reckoning to compose for a Superstar film.

But looks like all that is going to change soon as the music director is likely to work again for a Superstar Mahesh Babu film. This new film will be the Koratala Siva’s film that is expected to get onto sets later in the year. Once again it seems that the music director is director’s choice as they both had a great rapport on their first film together, Mirchi. Whatever may be the reason the choice of Devi Sri Prasad as music director will certainly bring a new flavor to Superstar’s repertoire like it happened with 1 Nenokkadine. However all this is still in talk’s stage and can only be confirmed once an official announcement is made.
