Durga Temple Flyover ahead of Krishna Pushkarams!

The Kanaka Durga Temple in Vijayawada is likely to record sensational footfalls for the upcoming Krishna Pushkaralu in August next year. Before that the state government is planning to complete the Durga Temple flyover which is the reason for the traffic snarls there over the years.

The Police had decided to divert the traffic via tunnel road from Gollapudi to facilitate the flyover construction. The consultant hired by the state government had already given his ground-level survey about the project.

Currently they are studying the pipelines, power cables, land acquisition and the buildings that are to be removed. Even the task of diverting the traffic during the flyover construction is a very difficult task here as there are very fewer alternate roads.
