Even After A Massive Hit, Sukumar Still Uncertain

Creative Director Sukumar has an interesting career so far. Every film of his career despite their result got so much of good name for the Director. There are fans even for his flop films. But except for Arya, 100% Love, and Rangasthalam, there are no big successes. Even Nannaku Prematho his first 50 Crore film resulted in some losses.

But then, he bagged a Sensational Hit with Ram Charan’s Rangasthalam. The movie ended up only after the Baahubali Series and a Landmark film in Ram Charan’s career. Normally when a Director bag such a massive hit, he becomes a hotshot Director. But it is not the case with Sukumar.

We are nearing a year after Rangasthalam release and his next project is not in Sight. He will have announced two Production Ventures with two of his associates one introducing Vaishnav Tej and the other with Naga Shaurya on his Sukumar Writings Banner. He is to direct Superstar Mahesh Babu in his next Project.

But then every week, we are hearing one story or the other about Mahesh Babu rejecting a script, suggesting changes, asking for Bound Script etc. This is something which does not happen with a Director who delivered a non-Baahubali industry hit. We do not know why it is happening with Sukumar but it is something which the director want after such a Blockbuster.
