Amala is the owner of Mercedes Benz S Class which is worth Rs. 1.2 Crores. The registration of this vehicle in Kerala is very expensive because of the rules. But, in Puducherry, the tax rules are different and owner friendly. So, a fake registration is alleged to have been made in the name of an engineering student living in Puducherry.

The engineering student neither knows Amala Paul personally nor he knows that her car was registered with his name. If the guilt is proven, Amala Paul may have to pay the fine and the imprisonment may be up to seven years.
