Fans Not Happy With Prabhas?

After delivering an average success with Salaar and a hit film with Kalki 2898 AD, Prabhas is now working on The Raja Saab with Maruthi and an untitled project, tentatively called Fauji, with Hanu Raghavapudi. He also has Spirit with Sandeep Reddy Vanga set to begin filming next year.

However, some fans are upset that Prabhas, whom they regard as the biggest star in the country, is opting to work with directors they consider tier-2 instead of top-tier filmmakers.

They question why Prabhas is turning down prominent directors like Sidharth Anand (Pathaan) in favor of lesser-known names.

This concern stems from the failures of Saaho, Radhe Shyam, and Adipurush, where Prabhas’ collaborations with such not-so-experienced directors did not live up to expectations.

Nag Ashwin’s Kalki 2898 AD also brought nothing groundbreaking to Prabhas’ filmography, but the movie managed to luckily succeed. Fans feel that these directors couldn’t handle a star like Prabhas.

Understandably, working with Maruthi might be tricky for Prabhas, but we feel Hanu Raghavapudi can be given a chance.

The one, who directed a classic like Sita Ramam, may bring something fresh to Prabhas’ acting repertoire.

His thoughtful approach could draw out a new dimension in Prabhas’ performance, exploring aspects of his acting we haven’t seen before.

If Hanu can blend his artistic vision with Prabhas’ larger-than-life image, aura, and star power effectively, Fauji could potentially surprise cinema lovers in a big way.
