Trailer Talk: A Trailer To Remove All Expectations

It could be simply a poorly cut trailer, but the Fidaa trailer is easily the most disappointing one. It might be conveying what it wants to, but the bits showcased to do that might put the audience away from it.

If it weren’t for the fresh music and few scenes involving heroine Sai Pallavi, one could mistake it for an old film. Director Sekhar Kammula seems to have lost the mojo. The vibe one gets from the trailer is that the movie could be a rushed one. Varun Tej too isn’t helping the cause, with his very predictable and weak presence. It looks like the trailer that is cut so that the audience doesn’t have any expectation from the movie.
