For Katappa it’s dream role but nor for Bijjaladeva!

Baahubali, Bhallaladeva, Kattappa, Bijjaladeva and Shivagami have become like epic characters like we know characters from our epics Ramayana and Mahabharat. Besides the lead characters, two important characters Kattapppa and Bijjaladeva are played by Tamil actors Satyaraj and Nasser. Both of them are getting huge appreciation for their performance and appearance in the epic characters.

While talking about his character Kattappa, Satyaraj says that it was his dream role, his long-cherished dream. He is presently enjoying all the appreciation he is receiving. He is happy that he got a chance to do a folklore like character which he has dreamed since he was 24, which became reality @60.

On the contrary, for Nasser who has done more than 400 films in different languages says films aren’t his passion but only way of earning his bread and butter. He is happy that he is equally known like the superstars in South Film Industry, but couldn’t list out his favourite roles from hundreds of movies he has done.

Baahubali might be one of his best movie according to him but not his dream role. For Telugu audiences, he looked like Shakuni in Mahabharat and they cannot hereafter imagine any other actor in his place as Bijjaladeva, the cunning husband of Shivagami who enetertained his son Bhallaladeva’s viciousness.
