For Rajni: Last time it was Modi, Now it's Naidu

Needless to say, Rajnikanth’s birthday is truly a celebration day for fans and wishes pouring in from all quarters is obviously expected. Among the dignitaries, it is Chandra Babu Naidu who extended his birthday wishes to Rajnikanth on Twitter. Acknowledging the birthday wishes from the CM, Rajni tweeted his reply thanking CBN.

Last year, Rajnikanth’s special birthday wishes came from our Prime Minister Narendra Modi but this time he seems to have forgotten the tradition he began; remembering the names of some celebs and not forgetting to tweet birthday wishes. Those birthday wishes were said to be politically motivated to bring Rajnikanth into politics.

But in the case of CBN, it’s purely the admiration for the actor which made him convey his wishes. Even Nara Lokesh conveyed his birthday wishes to the superstar. All through the day, birthday wishes poured in through hashtag #HBDSuperstarRajnikanth on his 65th birthday, 12th December.
