Unexpected Surprise Or Misguided Shock?

Gaami, starring Vishwak Sen and Chandini Chowdhary and directed by newcomer Vidyadhar Kagita, has generated unexpected curiosity among the audience within a short span, thanks to its well-crafted trailer.

A few weeks ago, no one knew a movie titled Gaami even existed. And now it is one of the better-looking films among the current crop of films.

But let’s not get carried away; the hype isn’t tremendous and the first-day collections will depend a lot on word-of-mouth. However, the makers need to up the ante with more promotions to create more buzz and awareness about the film.

The making of Gaami began about 6-7 years ago, and finally, it’s hitting screens on March 8th. Vishwak Sen is talking big, comparing its screenplay to Dunkirk. He’s suggesting that watching Gaami will be like experiencing a Christopher Nolan movie.

Now, such statements can misguide the audience and backfire and become troll material if the film fails to deliver.

But who knows? Gaami might just surprise everyone, both with its story and at the box office.

Advance bookings have started in Telugu states, but they need to pick up steam. Produced by Karthik Sabareesh and presented by V Celluloid, Gaami is expected to captivate audiences with its unique storyline and stellar performances. Will it be a surprise or a shock, we will know in a few days.
