Vishwak Sen’s Gangs of Godavari teaser is out, and the first impression is that it’s overloaded with bloodshed, aimed at creating a mass impact.
The vague revenge angle, shown through dialogues and Vishwak’s expressions, sets the right vibe for what to expect from Gangs of Godavari. It gives the impression of a violent film that appeals to a section of mass audiences.
On the flip side, in terms of making, especially visuals, they look ordinary and don’t generate excitement through settings or visuals—at least judging from what is shown in the teaser.
There isn’t much in Yuvan’s background score in the teaser to grab attention.
Overall, the teaser should grab attention, and a song has already worked in its favor; we have to see how the trailer will amplify the buzz.
