Director’s Weird Argument!

Gautham Menon is one famous director down in the south and is known for his style of making. He was missing in action for quite a while and his films have not come out of the loop for about three years which includes the one with Dhanush, Enai Noki Paayum Thota (ENPT) which had to release long back.

Now after a long wait when you come in front of the people, it would be an obvious question to him why is the delay happening and when would his next come out. Especially, Enai Noki Paayum Thota has been lying in cans and after numerous delays due to financial issues has finally got a release date to be on 6th September which too, has been postponed now.

When asked about the delay and the financial issues, the director in an interview says stuff like that is too personal, like one rushing into others house and asking the couple married for 8 years with no kids, if one them is impotent and that is why they don’t have kids yet.

Come on. How is that related to this? Cinema is not personal that too when a filmmaker announces a release plus uses media to promote. Now you expect them not to seek an update? Why would that become breaching one’s personal space?
