The film that was released on June 20 opened to good response and Isha spoke at length about the film and her experiences with the team. Set in the backdrop of love, Maine Pyar Kiya has no similarities with the iconic Bollywood film of the same name. “Maine Pyar Kiya is a romantic family entertainer that revolves around two pairs. Though the film was made on a shoe-string budget, the grandeur it has resembles that of a big ticket film.

Isha insists that there is huge difference in film-making, between Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam movie industries. “Besides Telugu, I have worked in Tamil and Malayalam languages. To my knowledge, the Tamil industry gives importance to commercial films, while Malayalam industry make only script based films. But, here in Telugu, the makers give importance to both story and commercial aspects. Tollywood is very colorful and gives me more comfort.
