Good weekend sales for Subramanyam

The weekend gone by has proved to be a good one for Sai Dharam Tej and Harish Shankar. Their film Subramanyam For Sale has sustained well over the four day expected weekend and collected proximately around 12 Cr worldwide.

To put a comparison the weekend figure of Subramanyam For Sale is nearly equal to the full run collections of Sai Dharam Tej’s debut film Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jeevitam. However there is still a long way to go to get to the recovery mark of 20 Cr.

While the performance of the film in the two Telugu states has been heartening, it has under-performed in overseas and other states. With better figures in these territories the weekend numbers could have been much higher.
