Happy Journey features an unusual ensemble led by seven female characters- Annapurnamma, Amani, Anchor Jhansi, Payal Radhakrishna, Jinisha Alishetty, Roopaa Srinivas, and Sunaina. For Abhiramm Naidu, Happy Journey marks his first film as a director. Balaji Gutta and Koushik Reddy are producing the project through Gutta Productions and Kamalakar Film Corporation.
