Happy to have made Telugu debut at 54: Boman

Bollywood actor Boman Irani entered film industry at the age of 44 with Munnabhai. He says he was happy to make his cinematic debut at 44, because his career since then has come a long way. But he still can’t believe that he made his Telugu debut at the age of 54, and luckily for him it also turned out to be successful.

He said i’m extremely and proud to have made by Telugu debut at this age. Many would only imagine to enter film industry so late, but i managed to enter and even impress fans here. He said he owes his success to Pawan Kalyan, adding that it was only because of him that he received all the loved people showered upon him. Had he entered the industry sans Pawan Kalyan association, he said he may not have received so much love by the people of Andhra Pradesh.

He said he found more love for him here than in Bollywood, and he says the credit only goes to his co-actor, Pawan Kalyan. Irani was floored by the humility of Powerstar, and he said like many, he too, throughout the shooting of the film tried to find out what makes this man so special.
