However Telangana ACB is not ready with the counter on this petition and the high court asked it to submit the counter. The next hearing is now posted to 24th of this month. In the petition, Revanth Reddy alleged that he was cornered in the case as a political vendetta. He also added that he already told the ACB all that he has in relation to this case and nothing more to add. And so he requested to be granted bail immediately.
On the other side, ACB is busy taking the statement from nominated MLA Stephenson today afternoon. They will be also interrogating TDP MLA Sandra Venkata Veeraiah and other leader Vem Narender Reddy in relation to this case today.
