Hindu sign board shot 60 times!

An organization in North Carolina dedicated to the Hindu religion will soon build a temple at its 7.6 acres of land in Clemmons. The organization, named the Om Hindu Organization, had put up a sign board for the said temple in North Carolina which was recently fired at over 60 times and has now become a matter of concern for the Police.

The incident, which occurred on the previous Saturday around noon, has left the Indian community horrified and stunned and is being investigated by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department. While some empty shell casings have been discovered near the sign which suggest that the incident was a bird shot fired from a shotgun, there are no leads or suspects as of now.

However, the group is not miffed by the incident and will be moving forward with the plan. The Om Hindu Organization said that, “We have no doubts that in long run we will be able to practice our religion and live peacefully in this region and work towards a pluralistic society.”
