HIT 3: BookMyShow Turns Yellow And Grey

Online ticketing platform, BookMyShow has emerged as a scale to gauge the anticipation and public interest on a film. The booking trend that is exhibited here has a key role to play in the overall box office revenues of the film.

However, in the recent weeks are perhaps even months, there have notbeen many films that were able to absolutely dominate the BookMyShow space.

After the early Sankranti rush that was seen for Sankranthi Ki Vasthunnam, no film could register such positive and dominating bookings.

However, this long wait for one solid film to register, fast filling and sold out on BookMyShow is coming to an end now. This is happening for Nani’s HIT 3 which is releasing tomorrow, May 1.

Andhra Pradesh bookings for this film have been delayed almost shockingly long, the bookings in Hyderabad have been fairly positive.

All the major Multiplexes including AMB, Prasad’s, and PVR properties have been registering nearly full capacities. They have been exhibiting pretty positive bookings trends.

Most of the films that had released in the recent weeks had been exhibiting green booking status, meaning not many tickets were sold. But in the case of this Nani film, the majority of the theatres are exhibiting yellow(fast filling) and grey(sold out) colors.

It appears that the audience also have been waiting for this one solid film to go back to theatres and this is helping the cause of HIT 3.
