Rajamouli Impact -Kannada Film Makes 9 Cr

The upcoming Sandalwood’s high budget film, Kurukshetra has sold its Hindi dubbing rights for a whopping number of Rs. 9 crores! This might not be a great number for Kollywood or Tollywood but this is the highest deal for the Sandalwood for the Hindi dubbing.

You won’t deny if we say that this is all the effect of Rajamouli’s Baahubali. Baahubali opened the doors for the South Indian films to the Bollywood by showing the efficiency of the South film with the outstanding success of Baahubali in Bollywood.

This is how Rajamouli indirectly paved a way for the Kannada film to the Bollywood. The film has a budget of about 80 crores and it can go further too. The film is half-a-way now and is expected to release next year.
